DEBRA WINGER
Debra Winger has been one of American film's most distinctive and memorable performers for more than four decades, while also maintaining an active presence in television and theater. Debra Winger received Academy Award nominations for best actress for her performances in An Officer and a Gentleman, Terms of Endearment, and Shadowlands. Her film credits also include Urban Cowboy, Legal Eagles, Black Widow, The Sheltering Sky, Rachel Getting Married, and The Lovers. She received the National Society of Film Critics Award for Terms of Endearment and earned an Emmy Award nomination for her performance in Dawn Anna. Her television work includes Mr. Corman, The Ranch, Patriot and In Treatment. Winger’s theater credits include David Mamet's The Anarchist on Broadway and productions of Ivanov and How I Learned to Drive at the American Repertory Theater. She received a fellowship at Harvard University with Dr. Robert Coles, where she taught The Literature of Social Reflection. She is also the author of the memoir undiscovered and has worked as a producer on both film and documentary projects, including the Academy Award-nominated documentary Gasland that helped lead to a hydro-fracking ban in New York State.

DIRECTOR: DAVID BLUM
David Blum is a longtime writer, editor and creative executive, and most recently, a theater producer. From 2010 through 2023, he worked as a creative leader at Amazon and Audible. As editor-in-chief of Audible’s Originals program, he oversaw the launch and development of Audible Theater, beginning in 2017. After leaving Audible, he was one of the producers of Marin Ireland’s Pre-Existing Condition, mounted in 2024 in an acclaimed, sold-out run upstairs at the Connelly Theater. Before joining Amazon, he was editor-in-chief of The Village Voice, and previously a contributing editor at Esquire, The New York Times Magazine and New York Magazine.
PRODUCER: KATHLEEN BAGGOTT
Kathleen Baggott is a theater director, producer, and educator whose work includes dozens of premieres of original plays Off-Broadway and in Los Angeles. Her directing and producing credits include collaborations with Ensemble Studio Theatre, Irish Arts Center, Atlantic Theater Company, and West Bank. She has also directed and produced one-act plays for festivals including, Showtime’s Act One (LA), the HBO Comedy Festival (Aspen) and Bumbershoot (Seattle). Kathleen serves as adjunct faculty at New York University, where she teaches Acting on Camera and Advanced Performance on Camera, a film writing/directing/acting course she developed for Collaborative Arts, Tisch School of the Arts. For Stonestreet Studios, she has written and directed numerous short films. In addition to her work in theater and film, Kathleen is a dedicated advocate working on behalf of children with special needs, most notably with Learning Rights Law Center and LA Unified students in Los Angeles.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT: MIX & MATCH PRODUCTIONS
Mix and Match Productions is a Tony Award-winning producing and general management company led by Maxwell Beer and Mitch Marois. Together, they developed Marcel on the Train (Classic Stage Company, 2026) and the Off-Broadway premiere of Cellino v. Barnes (Asylum, 2024). In 2025, they won the Tony Award® for Best Musical as co-producers of Maybe Happy Ending. Individually, Max is a Producer at Hendel Productions and is the co-executive producer and an engineer on the GRAMMY-nominated world premiere cast recording of Burt Bacharach and Steven Sater’s Some Lovers. Max was the recipient of the 2023-2024 Prince Fellowship for Creative Producing in association with Columbia University. Mitch is the Managing Director of Hendel Productions and has previously served as the Director of Marketing and Sales for the New London Barn Playhouse, and is the founding Associate Producer of JAG Productions in Vermont. Lana Russell also serves as Senior Producer for Mix and Match Productions.

Erica A. Hart is an Artios Award–winning casting director whose work spans film, television, theatre, commercials, and live performance. A graduate of NYU Tisch’s Film/TV program, Erica began her career at ABC Primetime Casting. Selected credits include: Broadway: Chicken & Biscuits, Pass Over, Death of a Salesman, and Jaja’s African Hair Braiding. Off-Broadway/Regional: Saturday Church (NYTW), Chiaroscuro (NBT), The Festival in da Back (NBT), Scarlett Dreams, and El Coquí (LWT). Television: Black Mirror, A Black Lady Sketch Show, That Damn Michael Che, Bust Down, The Girls on the Bus, The Equalizer, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Jodie, and Survival of the Thickest. Erica is currently working on the television series Sex Criminals for Amazon. She was named a Woman to Watch on Broadway in 2025.

Erin Grace Amstein (she/her) is an NYC-based director, stage manager and creative. As a graduate of NYU Tisch's Collaborative Arts department, she hopes to showcase true interdisciplinary talent, creating inspiring and relevant work. Recent credits include Playwrights Horizons Theater School’s I LOVE THE BAND (Director, pw. Wendy Zhang), Frayed Knot Collective’s Orphans (Stage Manager, Co-Lead Producer, dir. Charlie Melkonian) and Bayfield Productions’ Good TV (Production Stage Manager, dir. Emma Grace Lehmann). Amstein recently debuted her original play, Pigeon Noises, at the 2025 Collaborative Arts Thesis Showcase which she wrote, directed and choreographed. Amstein would like to extend her gratitude to Dave and Josie for trusting and believing in her during this process. She is incredibly grateful to have worked with such a fantastic cast and crew. SCENIC DESIGN: ASHLEY BASILE
Ashley Basile is a New Jersey–based set designer who trained at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, with additional study through the Sotheby's Institute of Art. Her work spans Off-Broadway, regional, and site-specific productions, including Women of Will and Ivanov with Bedlam and Selling Kabul with Premiere Stages. She is a Basie Award–winning designer for productions such as James & The Giant Peach and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and has collaborated frequently with companies including Thinkery & Verse and Red Bank Regional Theater Company. Ashley’s work has also been seen internationally at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and she demonstrates a strong visual sensibility shaped by both classical training and contemporary, ensemble-driven theater-making.
